Telephone: Occasionally we may contact you by telephone
If your child bumps their head, we always like to inform you. We will do this by app/Text message as long as we assess that they are fine to stay in school. If we know your child has a medical reason we need to contact you by telephone when a child bumps their head, we will do so. We will also telephone you should your child deteriorate following a bumped head.
We use the Arbor app and emails to inform you about important information.
